Senior Executive, Marketing & Communications (Healthcare Clinic) - Bukit Merah

• Develop and manage a calendar of events and outreach activities to increase awareness
• Conceptualise and execute patient-centric events, campaigns, and public engagement initiatives

• Generate engaging content for digital channels including EDMs, social media, digital panels, and clinic displays
• Manage and update website content, ensuring it is user-friendly, informative, and aligned with SEO best practices
• Enhance digital visibility and drive engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Collaborate with clinicians and internal teams for write-ups, memos, and internal communication briefs
• Track content effectiveness, refine marketing strategies, and address communication gaps
• Support ad hoc communication projects and department initiatives as required

• Bachelor Degree level in Marketing Communications/ Business Administration or related studies
• 2 - 4 years of marketing experience, preferably with healthcare setting
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills (including short-form videos and visuals)
• Proficient with digital marketing tools and platforms, including basic knowledge of SEO
• Creative, organised, and able to work independently as well as in a team
