Car Mechanic/ Vehicle Inspector (Operations Executive)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct phototaking and evaluation of cars by identifying problems with diagnostic tools both onsite and offsite.
Perform troubleshooting and functional checks of vehicles.
Explaining problems of the vehicle to both customers as well as internal colleagues (eg. Customer Service Officer)
Conduct test drive of vehicle to detect if there is fault or issues.
Have good understanding of all types of vehicles – knowing what the potential problems are, how to identify the root cause and the estimated cost of rectifications.
Guide customers through the procedures of selling their cars.
Liaise with customers and car dealers for document checks and follow-ups.
Handle documentation and other administrative duties (eg. Uploading of vehicle postings).
Establish good rapport with customers and dealers.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer.

REQUIREMENTS

Possessed a valid Class 3 driving license.
GCE ‘N’ Level/’O’ Level/Nitec/Diploma.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in automotive garage industry preferred.
Good knowledge in diagnostic software.
Good understanding of different vehicle types as we deal with a wide range of cars.
Able to identify potential car faults.
Team player, proactive and willing to learn.

13 Month + Performance Bonus
Location @ Leng Kee
5 Day Work Week: 4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm / 10am – 7pm
