The Executive, Finance (Contract & Procurement) is a critical role that is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Finance in strengthening and formalizing GetGo’s procurement processes by ensuring efficient day-to-day purchasing operations, strong contract governance, and proper vendor management across the Group.

This role serves as the operational anchor for procurement execution, supporting vendor onboarding, tender coordination, contract administration, Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order processing, and procurement compliance. This is a hands-on execution role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to grow within procurement, contract management, and commercial operations while gaining strong cross-functional exposure.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • Tender Documentation Support: Support the preparation of Invitation to Quote (ITQ), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents for procurement activities including vehicles, workshops, towing, insurance, cameras, cleaning, decals, and other operational services.
  • Quotation Comparison & Evaluation: Assist in quotation collection, vendor comparisons, benchmarking, and documentation to ensure compliance with the “3-quotation” policy and proper justification for vendor selection.
  • Procurement Coordination: Coordinate procurement timelines, stakeholder inputs, approvals, and documentation to ensure tenders and purchasing activities are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Contract Drafting Support: Prepare contracts using approved company templates and perform pre-review checks before submission for Finance review.
  • Contract Database Management: Maintain accurate records of contracts, renewal dates, expiry tracking, notice periods, and key obligations to ensure proper visibility and prevent missed renewals.
  • Governance Compliance: Ensure procurement activities comply with company procurement policies, approval matrices, and internal financial controls.
  • Purchase Requisitions / Purchase Orders Processing: Manage the end-to-end processing of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders with speed and accuracy to support business operations.
  • Process & Tool Implementation: Act as a digital native by helping select and implement the tools and systems that will power GetGo’s future procurement function.
