Our client is a well-established global FMCG organisation with a strong presence across Asia Pacific, known for its portfolio of widely recognised consumer brands.

• Analyse internal and external market data to support Category Managers in supplier negotiations and decision-making
• Consolidate insights and document outcomes from negotiations, including preparing formal procurement proposals
• Develop and compile pricing proposals, covering market context, supplier quotations, and cost analysis
• Manage and monitor approval workflows in Ariba, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to procurement procedures
• Maintain a well-structured digital filing system with clear naming conventions, version control, and proper documentation tracking
• Ensure all procurement records are accurate, complete, and easily traceable for reference and reporting
• Support data consistency and integrity across procurement systems and reports
• Prepare and organise documentation required for internal audits, ensuring compliance and proper record-keeping
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting materials for regional and global stakeholders

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• Some experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, or administrative roles
