Beauty Therapist (Slimming Therapist cum Consultant) - EH03 - Geylang

• Basic Salary Range: $2500 - $3200 + Commission
• Address: Orchard
• Working Hours: 10am – 8pm (2 hours lunch break)
• Working Days: 5.5 days work week rotational shift, must be willing to work on weekend
• Benefits: AL & MC as per MOM standard

1. Deliver slimming treatments using advanced machines to help clients achieve their desired results.
2. Establish strong rapport with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey.
3. Monitor and track clients' progress closely, offering personalized guidance and encouragement along the way.
4. Educate clients on available products and treatments, assisting them in making informed decisions.
5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, guaranteeing a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
6. Collaborate with team members to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.
8. Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
9. Assist in administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and record-keeping.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.

1. At least 1 year of experience in the slimming industry - facial industry can be considered too.
2. Certifications in body/ aesthetic/ beauty and facial technique knowledge will be a plus.
3. Proven track record of sales experience with knowledge in postpartum wellness and slimming may be considered for a senior role.
