1. Branch Manager (Beauty Salon)

Salary Range: $ 2500 - $ 3300 + $ 200 Attendance Allowance + $ 1000 performance bonus + Overriding

Job Summary:

As the Branch Manager, you will play a dual role in overseeing the daily operations of the branch while also providing expert beauty advice and personalized service to clients. You will lead and motivate the team, drive sales, and ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauty therapists, consultants, and other staffs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any client complaints or issues.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Maintain the branch’s appearance and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staffs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage the branch budget and financial performance.

B ) Beauty:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting and delivery effective treatments suited to their needs.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest beauty products and trends.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role in the beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products and treatments.
• Proficiency in using management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

1. Hair Scalp Consultant / Manager

Basic Salary: $3000-5000 + Commission

7 off days per month

Working location: Orchard

• Build rapport and establish effective relationship with customers
• Provide professional hair and scalp advises to customers
• Be accountable for Individual sales targets
• Collaborate with team members to achieve team sales targets
• Handle the required outlet administrative work

1. Beauty Therapist (Slimming Therapist cum Consultant)

• Basic Salary Range: $2500 - $3200 + Commission
• Address: Orchard
• Working Hours: 10am – 8pm (2 hours lunch break)
• Working Days: 5.5 days work week rotational shift, must be willing to work on weekend [ Check comment ]
• Benefits: AL & MC as per MOM standard

1. Beauty Consultant cum Therapist

Gross: $3,500 - $8,000

1. Aesthetic Clinic Consultant

• Working Hour: 10.30am - 7.30pm

Salary: $2,800 - $3,500 + Commission

• Location: Orchard

1. Beauty Therapists

Salary Range: $ 1800 - $ 2200 + $ 200 Attendance Allowance + $ 500 to $ 1000 performance bonus on top on commission
