Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic team at our Ubi Avenue office. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing comprehensive support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication with customers and the purchasing department, and contributing to the company's sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Quotation Management:
  • Prepare and process sales quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all quotations adhere to company pricing policies and terms.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm quotations and address any queries.
  1. Customer Liaison:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding sales inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and responsiveness.
  • Provide updates on order status and resolve any issues promptly.
  1. Coordination with Purchasing Department:
  • Liaise with the purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of parts based on sales orders.
  • Verify stock availability and communicate lead times to customers.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to manage inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
  1. Sales Analysis:
  • Generate regular sales reports and analyze sales trends to provide insights for business growth.
  • Track sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist the sales team in developing strategies based on sales data and market trends.
  1. Ad Hoc Tasks:
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management or sales team, such as:
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Assisting in inventory management.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives or special projects.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
