Experience : 2 to 5 years
- Development: Write clean JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and workflows using Flow Designer.
- Module Delivery: Configure and deploy ITSM, ITAM (Asset Management), and ITOM (Discovery & Service Mapping).
- Integration: Build API integrations (REST/SOAP) between ServiceNow and external systems using IntegrationHub.
- Platform Growth: Support the expansion of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM / ITBM) modules (Demand & Project tracking).
- Education: Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Experience: Mid-level professional experience specializing in ServiceNow platform development.
- Technical Skills: Strong JavaScript, CMDB/CSDM data modeling, and web services.
- Certifications: Mandatory Certified System Administrator (CSA). CAD (Certified Application Developer) is a big plus.
