Our client is a well-established Education Services provider in Singapore, with over 30 years of legacy and a robust network of partnerships with 1,000+ universities globally. They specialize in helping students pursue overseas studies through tailored advisory, placement, and support services.

As part of their continued growth and digital transformation, they are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive their digital marketing and lead generation efforts. This role is critical in attracting, engaging, and converting qualified student leads through data-driven marketing strategies.

About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, your responsibilities would include
  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end lead generation campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels to drive qualified pipeline growth.
Develop engaging, contemporary marketing content and assets tailored for different stages of the customer journey.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Plan and execute local and regional marketing events, including webinars, conferences, exhibitions, and hosted client engagements to support brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Work closely with regional marketing counterparts to ensure consistency and leverage shared assets or strategies.
  • Make effective use of marketing analytics and dashboards to evaluate campaign performance, measure ROI, and track qualified leads generated against set targets by destination or campaign.
Skills and requirements
  • Min 7 years of relevant experience including in executing mass b2c lead generation campaigns with tangible success metrics
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and email marketing automation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
