Senior digital marketing manager - Toa Payoh

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Sales, Operations, and Campaign teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment and performance.
• Oversee the planning and execution of client marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, etc.).
• Drive the strategic direction of the company’s digital services and internal workflow optimization.
• Track KPIs and campaign performance, providing insights to optimize results and resource allocation.
• Foster strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Provide training, support, and performance reviews for team members to maintain a high-performance culture.
• Requirements:
• 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven leadership in managing sales or digital operations teams.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, influencer campaigns, social media advertising, and analytics.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems (e.g., Notion, Trello, Hubspot) is a plus.
• Experience in agency or client-facing environments is preferred.
