Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to customers and secure appointments
- Foster and enhance relationships with customers through calls, Whatsapp, email or other electronic communication
- Handle customers’ enquires and/or objections with confidence
- Achieve conversion targets set out by business
- Ensure proper documentation and update on activities, leads and appointment details
- Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations
- Open to work 5.5 days work week
- Minimum 2 years of customer care/inbound or 1 year outbound call/sales experience
