About the role

Stalwart Security Pte Ltd, a young and dynamic security solutions provider, is seeking a driven HR Payroll Admin to join their dynamic team in the East Region. We may be moving office in September. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the company's payroll and HR administrative functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments and benefits.

What you'll be doing
  1. Accurately calculate and process employee payroll, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions
  2. Maintain employee records and update personal and financial information in the payroll system
  3. Prepare and file all necessary payroll-related statutory reports and payments
  4. Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding, leave management, and employee documentation
  5. Liaise with employees to address payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
  6. Support the HR team in implementing policies and procedures to enhance the company's HR practices
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a payroll or HR administrative role, preferably in the security industry
  2. Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including familiarity with relevant labour laws and regulations
  3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  4. Proficient in using payroll and HR software, such as HRMS or accounting systems
  5. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees at all levels
  6. Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll-related issues
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
