HR payroll admin - Tampines
About the role
Stalwart Security Pte Ltd, a young and dynamic security solutions provider, is seeking a driven HR Payroll Admin to join their dynamic team in the East Region. We may be moving office in September. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the company's payroll and HR administrative functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments and benefits.
What you'll be doing- Accurately calculate and process employee payroll, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions
- Maintain employee records and update personal and financial information in the payroll system
- Prepare and file all necessary payroll-related statutory reports and payments
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding, leave management, and employee documentation
- Liaise with employees to address payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
- Support the HR team in implementing policies and procedures to enhance the company's HR practices
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a payroll or HR administrative role, preferably in the security industry
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including familiarity with relevant labour laws and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficient in using payroll and HR software, such as HRMS or accounting systems
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees at all levels
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll-related issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
