Geylang - Senior Finance Executive - Healthcare

As a Senior Executive, Finance (Healthcare) , you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Contribute to special projects and other tasks as required.
• Recommend process improvements in finance operations to strengthen internal controls or enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments on matters related to operational payments and billing.
• Support fixed asset management, including asset disposals and transfers.
• Draft financial operation policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Conduct financial simulations and develop models for new business initiatives.
• Develop quarterly cash flow forecasts.
• Assist with intercompany invoicing activities.
• Ensure all payment processing is completed within the agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Oversee the month-end close process, including accruals and operating expense entries.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and monthly performance summaries, comparing actual results to budget and forecast.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or ACCA
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Experienced in SAP or Hyperion preferred
