Project coordinator

About the role

You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the project, from planning and scheduling to communication and stakeholder management.

• Assist the Project Manager in developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate communication and collaboration between different project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues, escalating them to the Project Manager as necessary
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and records
• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, such as scheduling meetings and managing project files
• Ensure project activities comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction project coordination or project support role
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in using project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Primavera
• Familiarity with construction industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control processes
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
• Relevant qualifications in project management, construction, or a related field would be an advantage
