Project Coordinator (Customer Division)

Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.15pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving customer experiences? We’re looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer servicing and operations within a dynamic financial environment.

Job Scope:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of customer-focused projects
• Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to align on key milestones and updates
• Manage calendars, set up meetings, take minutes, and monitor follow-ups
• Identify risks and issues, and support mitigation planning with the business
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for project teams and stakeholders
• Be a strong advocate for the voice of the customer across the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder with at least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Prior exposure to project coordination or administrative support in financial services is a plus
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Able to multitask, manage competing priorities, and meet tight timelines
• Team player with a passion for delivering better outcomes for customers
• Empathetic and professional in interactions – someone who embodies service excellence
