SENIOR SERVICE ENGINEER @ WOODLANDS

INDUSTRY : BUILDING AUTOMATION / SECURITY SYSTEMS

Responsibilities :

• Plan the maintenance schedule and ensure that the work schedules are executed as planned
• Review and check the service reports and ensure the information is accurate for the purpose of quotation submission or invoicing for the completed works or following up action if required rectification works
• Assign task to the team when there are breakdown calls from the clients
• Monitor and follow-up on procurement of parts
• Ensure the sub-con workers follow proper work processes
• Perform price negotiation to meet the budget
• Ensure that spare parts / equipment are always maintain at the minimum stock inventory level
• Provide supervision to the engineers and technicians for day-to-day work activities
• Co-ordinate with project teams for projects handover
• Arrange and conduct training for staff
• Carry out troubleshooting for major fault breakdown
• Plan and execute additional & alteration works
• Investigate, find root cause and remedial actions necessary for incident and prepare and submit incident report

Requirements :

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Min 3-5 years’ experience of relevant working experience, preferably in the BMS / security systems
• Strong knowledge in network and security systems, able to troubleshoot and rectify the network and systems related issues.

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER @ JURONG EAST

INDUSTRY : SECURITY EQUIPMENT / SYSTEM FOR CHECKPOINTS, BAGGAGE, PARCEL, ETC

You will also maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in compliance with company policies and industry standards. Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures in maintenance operations will be a key part of your role.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities for equipment, and facility systems to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and lifespan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and safety to support smooth operational workflows.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation to comply with company policies and industry standards.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and upgrade projects of plant equipment and systems.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies in maintenance operations.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Min 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance engineering or related technical roles in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, instrumentation, and control.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize urgent maintenance needs.
• Familiarity with CMMS and basic data analysis preferred.
