Position: Senior Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer on site with a client. In summary, you will be leading the planned maintenance execution team consisting of zone technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures planned legal related maintenance tasks are (safely) executed OTIF.
• Ensures, manages and coordinates proper handover between the planning & scheduling team and the execution team.
• Ensures 5S implementation for the work preparation room and site wide lubrication management.
• Supports the application of 5S and VM to enable sustainability of machine performance.
• Enforces basic maintenance processes and routines.
• Leads/manages the preventive maintenance execution team of the zone technicians.
• Ensures proper team alignment and is responsible for the performance and technical development of the team (i.e. including performance evaluations/reviews).
• Ensures and coordinates proper handover between operations and maintenance for all planned maintenance jobs + handles/manages all communication and coordination between the execution team and operations during execution of the (planned) work.

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of working experience in maintenance and/or operations execution, and experience in management.
• Ample experience in managing maintenance workflow (job lifecycle) management and the supply work processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Great team player. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to develop close working relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external contacts at all levels
