Database Administrator (MSSQL & NoSQL)

Role Scope
Manage and optimize MSSQL and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) environments
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability across systems
Drive automation, monitoring, and operational excellence

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

Administer MSSQL (2019/2022/2025) and NoSQL databases(MongoDb / Redis)
Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and maintain database systems
Manage HA setups, replication, backup & recovery processes
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause analysis
Automate tasks using Shell, Python, PowerShell
Support capacity planning, change requests, and production releases
Coordinate with application teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Ensure uptime, security, and compliance best practices

✅ Requirements

4-8 years MSSQL + 3+ years NoSQL DBA experience
Expertise in MongoDB/Redis, clustering, caching, replication
Strong Linux (RedHat) and scripting skills
Knowledge of networking, security, and database architecture
Experience with 24/7 support and on-call environments
