Job Description

Manage contract administration and compliance for projects
Review and advise on contract terms, risks, and obligations
Oversee claims, disputes, and variations
Develop and implement contract management processes
Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
5-8 years of experience in contract management or QS
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and law
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong track record in contract management adopting PSSCOC, REDAS and SIA Form of Contract
Experience with Public and Private Residential Housing project, Institutional projects
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and contract management skills
Candidates with Professional QS certification will be an advantage
