Key Responsibilities

Lead the tendering and bidding process, from review to submission, with competitive and compliant proposals.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.
Partner with project managers, estimators, engineers, and procurement to deliver on contract obligations.
Analyze tender documents, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, costs, schedules, and progress.
Ensure compliance with regulations, safety codes, and quality standards.
Foster strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Support claims management, variations, and dispute resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
Proven track record in contract management and tendering within Singapore’s construction industry.
Strong technical knowledge of roadworks, mill & Patch and drainage work.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with Singapore’s construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office.
