Marketing Communications Strategy Senior Manager (6 months) - Geylang

• Work with data and analytics teams to measure marketing results and align planning, funding, and reporting
• Partner with finance teams to plan and manage budgets on a regular, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Create materials for leadership meetings and support key discussions in the marketing team
• Help plan agendas and keep calendars up to date for monthly leadership meetings
• Support business reviews and help prioritize important goals and projects
• Coordinate communications within the marketing team and with leadership
• Manage regular updates and reports shared with senior regional leaders and other teams
• Help prepare presentations and agendas for leadership market visits
• Organize and support major regional and global events, including presentations and logistics
• Help plan and review market visits to ensure smooth execution and quality
• Support planning of the annual marketing summit as a key learning event for the team
• Help run the annual planning process, including goal-setting and progress tracking
• Lead brand communication projects with design, marketing, communications teams, and agencies

• At least 8 years of experience
• Prior regional experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Communications
