Marketing Communications Strategy Senior Manager (6 months) - Toa Payoh

Lead performance reporting by working with regional and local marketing teams to track progress on key goals
- Work with data and analytics teams to measure marketing results and align planning, funding, and reporting
- Partner with finance teams to plan and manage budgets on a regular, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Create materials for leadership meetings and support key discussions in the marketing team
- Help plan agendas and keep calendars up to date for monthly leadership meetings
- Support business reviews and help prioritize important goals and projects
- Coordinate communications within the marketing team and with leadership
- Manage regular updates and reports shared with senior regional leaders and other teams
- Help prepare presentations and agendas for leadership market visits
- Organize and support major regional and global events, including presentations and logistics
- Help plan and review market visits to ensure smooth execution and quality
- Support planning of the annual marketing summit as a key learning event for the team
- Help run the annual planning process, including goal-setting and progress tracking
- Lead brand communication projects with design, marketing, communications teams, and agencies
- At least 8 years of experience
- Prior regional experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Communications
