We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Global Business Development Manager to drive our B2B business globally.
Job Description:
- Identify, develop and execute opportunities for global markets to drive sales target achievement while managing existing portfolio.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive customer retention and expanded business opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end sales support, providing value propositions, selling tools, and high-level customer presentations.
- Define & analyze market demand and identify penetration tactics for both direct and distributor markets.
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to address regional gaps and actively execute across markets.
Requirement:
- Preferably tertiary education in Sales & Marketing
- Min 5 years in B2B Sales
- Willing to travel
- Experience in developing new markets through effective strategies to grow the B2B business
- Strong market acumen and business development skills, with the ability to independently conduct overseas business.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-cultural teams.
- Possess a solid understanding of international business processes and be able to adapt flexibly to different market environments.
- Goal-oriented and capable of completing tasks on time with high quality.
