Visitor Experience Ambassador @ Bukit Timah (Full-time | Night Shift)

Job Scope- Provide customer service and handle visitors’ queries
- Perform roving duties around the gardens and visitor information duties
- Greet and welcome visitors with excellent customer service
- Ensure the safety of the visitors and assist with crowd management
- Identify and report safety lapses, risk issues or incidents to Supervisors
- Perform service recovery where necessary
- Other duties as when assigned by Supervisors
- Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent with 1 year of customer service experience
- Enjoy working with the general public at outdoor environment
- Work experience in hospitality, tourism, attractions sectors would be preferred
- Good communication skills and good command of English
