Retail Associate

1. General

• Demonstrate strong passion for the brand and products.
• Deliver excellent customer service to create a positive and memorable shopping experience.
• Build and maintain a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers.

1. People Development

• Participate in regular training programs to continuously develop skills and knowledge.
• Complete all induction-related processes in accordance with company guidelines.

1. Product & Merchandising

• Continuously build and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Follow all collection training and visual merchandising (VM) guidelines.
• Support shop floor operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and replenishment.
• Assist with merchandise-related processes such as deliveries, returns, stock takes, and cycle counts.

1. Performance & Commercial Awareness

• Be familiar with store and individual KPIs and sales targets.
• Follow action plans to improve productivity and performance.
• Support loss prevention and stock management initiatives.
• Maintain strong awareness of competitors and local market trends.

1. Customer Service & CRM

• Deliver consistent customer service excellence with a customer-centric mindset.
• Build long-term customer relationships and support CRM data collection and quality management.
• Assist Store Management with transactions, complaints, and returns handling.

1. Processes & Systems

• Use business systems and technology efficiently in daily operations.
• Comply with all company policies, including Health & Safety, Store Operations Manual, and uniform guidelines.

• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is required.
• Good understanding of the premium fashion or lifestyle retail industry.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about the brand and products.
• Strong commercial and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet business needs, including shifts and peak periods.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop.
• Comfortable using business systems and digital tools.
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to understand customer needs.
