Retail Associate

The Retail Associate is responsible in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and operational

efficiency within our retail outlet. They work under the guidance of the Retail Supervisor and are

responsible for assisting customers, maintaining inventory, and upholding the highest standards of

customer service.

This role reports to the Retail Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide product knowledge and information to customers to facilitate purchasing decisions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and electronic
