Customer Service / Order Processing (Manufacturing)

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with an established global organisation within the industrial and manufacturing sector, seeking a Customer Service / Order Processing (Manufacturing) to support daily operations across customer service, order processing, and administrative functions.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Location: Central Region
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + AWS (1.5 months) + Performance Bonus
• Candidates available immediately or on short notice is highly advantageous

The Job:

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfilment
• Handle customer enquiries, returns, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with warehouse on delivery schedules and dispatch
• Support invoicing, accounts payable/receivable processes
• Maintain records, documentation, and general office administration
• Assist with preparation of business correspondence and agreements

The Talent:

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative roles
• Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a small team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage
