Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Southeast Asia sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Build, lead, and mentor regional sales and technical support teams across key SEA markets
  • Recruit, train, and manage sales engineers, distributors and channel partners within the region.
  • Drive brand awareness and positioning across Southeast Asia through targeted marketing initiatives
  • Represent the company at regional industry events, exhibitions, and technical seminars
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement regional branding and go-to-market strategies
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
  • Establish strong relationship with OEM, system integrators, distributors, and end-users across SEA
  • Promote and sell electric and pneumatic actuator solutions using a consultative approach
  • Ensure high levels of after-sales support and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and industry development
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline report, and regional performance reviews for management
  • Travel extensively to meet customers, partners, and attend events as needed, ensuring a strong presence in the region.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing of electric and pneumatic actuators or industrial automation products
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-country sales territories within Southeast Asia
  • Strong experience in building and leading sales and support teams
  • Proven ability to drive brand positioning and market visibility in B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of automation systems, control technologies, and industrial applications
  • Minimum 5 years of regional sales experience in industrial automation, pneumatics, or related technical products.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and across-cultural management skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with China HQ.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
