Senior / Sales Engineer (Oil & Gas)

• Develop and grow key accounts within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sector.
• Establish, build, and maintain strong business relationships with target customers to secure new and repeat sales.
• Gain a deep understanding of customers’ operations, requirements, and business objectives.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Manage and maintain assigned sales accounts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
• Monitor assigned accounts, including sales progress, customer requests, competitor activities, and project execution updates.
• Prepare and consolidate sales forecasts and reports for assigned products and services.
• Plan, negotiate, and manage long-term contracts with key customers.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry preferred.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, engineering, and customer support teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, innovative, and able to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Willingness to engage in frequent client visits and field-based sales activities.
