Contracts & Legal Executive (Oil & Gas Trading)

Our client is a Trading MNC, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Contracts & Legal Executive to be part of their Contract team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located at Central – easily accessible.

The Duties of Contracts & Legal Executive:

• Review, draft, negotiate, and issue sale and purchase contracts to support the company’s trading operations.
• Ensure all contracts comply with corporate policies, signatory requirements, and internal procedures.
• Assess contractual terms to safeguard the company’s legal and commercial interests, manage risks, and enhance commercial outcomes.
• Oversee contract administration and maintain adherence to established documentation and process standards.
• Provide regular updates to the Legal team on contract progress, key issues, and risk escalations, and support other contract-related tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Min Degree in Law or other business-related field
• 3 years of experience in handling trading contracts
