About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive with at least 1+ year of hands-on HR experience to support our HR operations. You will handle recruitment, payroll, work pass administration, leave & claims, and other HR functions to ensure smooth HR operations across the organization.

On-the-job training will be provided for any areas you may not have prior experience in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires, including job postings, interviews, and personnel records.
  • Assist in payroll verification and attendance tracking; ensure accuracy in employee claims.
  • Support work pass renewals, levy payments, and related documentation for foreign workers.
  • Handle employee offboarding and ensure proper return of company property.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and staff directories; support compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Perform other HR administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of HR or administrative experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and professional communication skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with staff at all levels.
  • Knowledge of Singapore HR regulations, work pass procedures, and payroll processes is a plus.
