Location: East- central, near MRT
Duties (Tech roles focused):- Support sourcing activities for various positions across the business
- Identify and engage suitable candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support recruitment delivery
- Conduct initial outreach and candidate screening
- Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing trackers
- Experience in recruitment sourcing / talent acquisition
- Prior exposure to tech hiring or high-volume hiring is advantageous
- Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
