As part of our dynamic recruitment team, you'll work closely with hiring managers, engage top talent, and drive a meaningful candidate experience — all while developing your own career in the HR and tech recruitment space.
What You’ll Do: Drive sourcing strategies to attract entry-level tech talentManage end-to-end recruitment: screening, coordination, and feedback
Build talent pipelines of both active and passive candidatesSupport employer branding and enhance candidate experience
Stay up to date on market and tech talent trends
What We’re Looking For: At least 1-2 year of recruitment experience (agency or in-house), preferably in tech roles
Strong knowledge of Singapore’s employment regulationsExcellent communication skills and a solution-focused mindset
Able to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
Enthusiastic about employer branding and engaging candidate journeys
Prior experience in mass hiring is preferred
