Reporting to the Assistant Director of HR Talent Development, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing formal education sponsorship programmes that support the organisation's talent development strategy. Your responsibilities will encompass sponsorship administration and programme coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

You will administer and oversee the end-to-end formal education sponsorship process, including scholarships, formal education programmes, and attachments. This encompasses managing applications, coordinating panel reviews and interviews, and organising award presentations.

Your role involves comprehensive financial management of sponsorship programmes, including processing payments, monitoring expenses, tracking budget utilisation, and applying for training grants from various funding sources. You will maintain detailed records of all sponsorship-related transactions and prepare regular analysis of learning statistics.

You will be responsible for administering Letters of Undertaking (LOU) and managing employee bonds according to established policies. This includes maintaining accurate documentation in the Learning Management System and ensuring compliance with bond terms and conditions.

Your responsibilities extend to reviewing and updating sponsorship policies, procedures, and work instructions. You will also provide crucial support for hospital-level audits and learning initiatives related to formal education programmes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HRD, HRM, Business Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in education sponsorship administration or learning and development
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel for budget tracking and data analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
