About Us

We are a growing data center company headquartered in Singapore, supporting global operations and international business stakeholders.

We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented Admin Executive to support day-to-day office administration and executive logistics, particularly for visiting senior management and overseas stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Guest Coordination
  • Coordinate travel-related arrangements for visiting senior management and overseas stakeholders, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, and itinerary coordination
  • Arrange local transportation such as airport pickups, car bookings, and business travel logistics
  • Support restaurant reservations, meeting arrangements, and hospitality coordination for senior leaders and guests
  • Provide on-site support for visiting executives to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience during their stay in Singapore
Office Administration
  • Manage office procurement including pantry supplies, office materials, and vendor purchases
  • Support administrative documentation, approvals, claims, reimbursement submissions, and expense tracking
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office operational needs
Coordination & General Support
  • Assist with meeting room bookings, scheduling support, and internal coordination
  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by management or office leadership
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related disciplines
  • 2-5 years of experience in office administration, executive support, hospitality, or customer service roles
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service-oriented, pleasant personality, and able to interact professionally with senior stakeholders
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems
Preferred
  • Experience supporting senior executives or international visitors
  • Familiar with Singapore restaurants, transportation options, hotels, and general business hospitality arrangements
  • Mandarin speaking ability is a plus for regional stakeholder support
