Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join us as Telemarketers / Appointment Setters.

In this role, you will support our business development efforts by engaging prospective clients, introducing our services, and arranging appointments for consultants.

This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, building connections, and developing communication and sales-related skills in a supportive environment.

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Introduce company services and opportunities professionally
• Generate and qualify leads through phone conversations
• Arrange and schedule appointments for consultants
• Follow up with interested individuals and maintain communication
• Update call records and appointment schedules accurately

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, confident, and motivated attitude
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Basic computer knowledge
• Telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage
• No experience required — training provided
