Project Manager (PM)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PM) to lead software development projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with client expectations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress, ensuring alignment with goals.

Stakeholder & Client Management:

• Communicate with clients to gather requirements and set expectations.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure collaboration among teams.
• Conduct regular stand-up meetings and sprint planning.

Risk & Issue Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address project roadblocks to ensure smooth delivery.

Process & Quality Assurance:

• Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient project execution.
• Ensure projects meet technical standards, performance benchmarks, and security guidelines.
• Conduct post-mortem reviews and continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

Technical Skills & Experience:

• 3-7 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.)
• Experience with software outsourcing projects, SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise applications is a plus.
• Familiarity with technical concepts such as APIs, DevOps, and software architecture is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification is a plus
