ACMV Project Manager
Our client is seeking an ACMV Project Manager to join their team!

What you'll be doing?- Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of ACMV projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and team management.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, supervisors, and sub-contractors to achieve project goals.
- Financial Control: Manage project budgets, prepare payment claims, and handle variation orders to ensure financial success.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure smooth project execution.
- Resource Planning: Forecast and allocate resources effectively, including manpower projections.
- Documentation Management: Oversee project documentation, including submissions for approvals and technical drawings.
- System Commissioning: Lead the testing and commissioning of ACMV systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Project Handover: Manage the handover process, including documentation, training, and defects liability period program.
- Educational Background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in a related field, with a passion for continuous learning.
- Industry Experience: 15 years of design and installation experience in ACMV and BMS systems, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry codes, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance and quality.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software tools to enhance project efficiency.
- Personal Attributes: Dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in the construction industry.
