Assistant Marketing Manager

The Assistant Marketing Manager plays a key role in supporting the strategic planning and leading the execution of marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and driving business growth. Collaborating closely with the HQ office and regional teams, this role involves working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver impactful campaigns, events, and marketing programs.
The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and lead execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage content development for digital and offline marketing platforms.
- Plan and oversee regional marketing events, tradeshows, webinars and product launches to enhance brand visibility
- Coordinate and manage the relationships with vendors and agencies to deliver marketing initiatives.
- Analyze marketing data to generate insights and present reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain and updates the company website and social media platforms in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Support budget management by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective marketing operations.
- Lead internal communications and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and brand advocacy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the analytical instruments industry (scientific, environmental, semiconductor, or automotive sectors).
- Proven ability to plan and execute both digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in CMS and CRM systems, with working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Effective project and time management abilities; capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience in mentoring junior staff and managing external vendors.
- Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing tools (preferred but not essential).
