We’re looking for a Full-time Receptionist to join our team at Yann Beyrie Hair Salon. Renowned for setting the standard in professional hair care within the prestige market, our chic and minimalist salon has garnered multiple awards for high standards and creativity.Located in the heart of Orchard Road, our luxury French salon offers exceptional stylists and exclusive treatments for all hair types.
Who are we looking for?- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (2–3 years preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Confident, creative, friendly, and motivational personality
- Highly organized, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus

- Basic salary: $2500 + commission and incentives (target-based), total earnings up to $3500

Role responsibilities:
- Greeting guests upon arrival
- Managing hair and beauty appointments by phone, in person, and via email
- Coordinating bookings to ensure smooth client flow and keeping clients informed
- Up-selling and cross-selling services and products
- Retail sales and managing stock through reception
- Handling payments and daily cash checks
- Supporting local marketing efforts to promote the salon within the community
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Assisting with roster and sales reports
