Job Description

Carelika is a European skincare and professional cosmetics brand from Latvia, expanding into the Singapore market. We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting Carelika’s growth in Singapore’s beauty and wellness industry.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Carelika’s skincare products to salons, spas, beauty retailers.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Provide product knowledge and support to customers, including training when needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and events.
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to represent the brand.
• Prepare regular sales reports and share market insights.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven sales experience (skincare/beauty industry experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Bilingual needed: English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
• Posses own transport.
