Job responsibilities:

Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow management
Preparation & Review of Annual Budget
Actual vs Budget analysis of business development activities
Responsible for management of the loans from Banks (project finance)/Shareholders.
Contractual requirement managements (Facility agreement, Shareholders Agreement, Management Agreement etc, depends on the nature of the project)
Handle taxation matters of each projects with the accounting team
Assist in project profitability evaluation and financial assessment
