About the role
As a Business Development Manager SEA at Arthrex Singapore, Pte. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving the company's expansion and growth across the Southeast Asia region. This full-time position is based in the West Region and offers the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and innovative global organisation.
What you'll be doing- Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in the Southeast Asia market
- Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to reach potential customers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Negotiating and closing sales contracts to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas
- Providing regular performance reports and insights to the leadership team
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar business development or sales role, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing and closing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with the Southeast Asia market and its regulatory landscape
- Fluency in English and at least one local language in the region due to the requirement of communication with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
