Daily operation sourcing support

Work closely with sourcing manager to source and identify direct materials vendors, project contractors etc.
Conduct request for information, quotation, proposal (RFI/Q/P) and bidding processes.
Negotiate price and terms with suppliers to meet specified quality, delivery and cost objectives.
In charge of supplier creation and Approved Vendor List (AVL) maintenance.

Strategic sourcing

Provide support to sourcing manager in running sourcing activities such as spending analytics to identify opportunities, liaising with vendors for responses, vendors price comparison etc.
Follow up parts qualification in coordination with relevant functions (quality, engineering, operation, marketing etc).

Others

Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
