RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD Toa Payoh
- Daily operation sourcing support
- Work closely with sourcing manager to source and identify direct materials vendors, project contractors etc.
- Conduct request for information, quotation, proposal (RFI/Q/P) and bidding processes.
- Negotiate price and terms with suppliers to meet specified quality, delivery and cost objectives.
- In charge of supplier creation and Approved Vendor List (AVL) maintenance.
- Strategic sourcing
- Provide support to sourcing manager in running sourcing activities such as spending analytics to identify opportunities, liaising with vendors for responses, vendors price comparison etc.
- Follow up parts qualification in coordination with relevant functions (quality, engineering, operation, marketing etc).
- Others
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
