SME Financing Relationship Manager
- Location : Lavender
- Working hours : 5 days | Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 Basic + Monthly Commission + Quarterly Incentives

Main Responsibilities:
- Source and engage SME clients via leads, referrals and networking
- Recommend suitable loan solutions based on clients’ financial profiles
- Manage end-to-end loan process from application to disbursement
- Build strong relationships with clients and lenders
- Achieve monthly sales and approval targets
- Track leads and follow-ups using CRM system
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Banking or related
- Sales or SME banking / loan experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Driven, target-oriented and professional
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
