About the Role
The Sales Operations Support Executive plays a critical role in bridging sales, operations, and site execution. This position is responsible for conducting site assessments, capturing accurate technical information, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, internal teams, and operations to support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Pre-Sales & Site Technical Support
Conduct pre-sales site visits to take accurate measurements and assess site conditions.Present product samples and provide basic technical guidance on specifications and applications.Act as the key technical support during initial client discussions to ensure requirements are properly captured.
- Project Coordination & Documentation
Record and monitor project progress, ensuring all key milestones are properly documented.Coordinate schedules between clients and internal operations teams for delivery and installation.Liaise with site personnel to manage access arrangements and resource coordination.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Provide accurate site measurements and data for Sales Quotations (SQ) and Sales Orders (SO).Support cost estimation, progress claims, and final account preparation with required site information.Ensure effective transfer of critical site information to operations planners to minimise errors before and during project execution.
Requirements- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or related field preferred, or relevant working experience.
- Strong in technical and mathematical aptitude with the ability to take precise site measurements and perform basic calculations for qutotations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both office teams and site contractors.
- Independent, resourceful, and able to resolve minor site issues proactively.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong emphasis on accuracy in documentation and data recording.
- Be professional representation of the company when engaging clients and presenting product samples.
- 5 days work week.
