Operations Executive
About the role
GOGO TECH LTD is seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in Central Region SG. As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our growing company.
What you'll be doing- Providing administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Maintaining and updating our internal databases and records to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handling incoming inquiries and requests from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency
- Providing general office support, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably within the technology industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail
