About the Role

As a Retail Associate at the Tory Burch Airport Transit Store, you will be an ambassador of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced travel retail environment. You will support store operations, enhance the shopper experience, and contribute to overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage travellers professionally, providing a warm and personalised service.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products across ready‑to‑wear, handbags, footwear, and accessories.
• Build positive customer interactions to encourage repeat travel purchases.

• Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets through service‑led selling and strong product knowledge.
• Represent the Tory Burch brand with professionalism and confidence.
• Share information on airport promotions, travel exclusives, and limited‑edition items.

• Perform cashiering duties and handle tax‑free transactions in line with airport retail SOPs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support stock replenishment, receiving processes, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure the store remains organised and compliant with airport security requirements.

• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Stay updated on brand collections, craftsmanship details, and seasonal stories.

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in retail, luxury fashion, or travel retail.
• Proactive, service‑oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays (airport operating hours).
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in delivering quality customer service.
